The Empowered Healer Project offers supportive community engagement, continued education and coaching programs for healthcare professionals. The Project understands the toll that burnout can take on your life and career. The Empowered Healer Coaching Program's "Empowerment Plan" is designed to uniquely address all areas of your life to help you heal and restore your passion as a healthcare professional and enjoy your life in a meaningful way. Confidential Online Empowered Healing Coaching Groups
The Empowered Healer Coaching Group is designed for licensed healthcare professionals such as physicians, dentists, hygenists, nurses, therapists and psychologists.
iIn this Private Coaching Group you will:
•Create an Empowerment plan based on 12 key areas of your life.
•Ongoingly monitor and modify your Empowerment Plan for optimal success.
•Become aware of the micro and macro symptoms and interventions to prevent relapse of burn out or other healthcare conditions.
•Create a self care plan that is accessible even in the most difficult times.
• Receive Judgement free, peer supported process.
•12 two -hour sessions either weekly or bi -weekly, online or in person. Optional weekend intensive Fri. evening through Sunday.
•Followed by 6-9 months of monthly check ins and Empowerment Plan support.
Continued Education For Counselors & Therapists
Elizabeth Hartshorn, LPC provides ongoing continued education classes specializing in treating and coaching healthcare professionals suffering from burnout, mental health concerns and addiction with national online and on demand certificate programs such as; CEtrainingworkshops.com, telehealthcertification.com.

The Empowered Healer Community is exclusively for counselors and therapists to address the isolation we can experience as a result of our profession. This private community provides a safe space for personal growth and authentic connections, focusing on self-care and shared learning without assessing, diagnosing or treating “problems” or giving advice.
It is a place to safely connect with other counselors and therapists in a guided process that offers a structure for personal growth and meaningful connection. It is a dedicated time and place that offers authentic connection, self- care, learning and sharing.
Sometimes, the community creates a sense of healing and compassion. Sometimes we focus on optimal fulfillment in our work and personal lives. Sometimes it feels like a meaningful connection where you are seen and heard. Sometimes it feels like a life class where we experience profound awarenesses that expands our capacity to become more of who we are here to be. In this year long private community, we discover our optimal best as Empowered Healers. As your facilitator, I am here to help guide you and the community through this process, I’m not your therapist or your life coach.
No diagnosing, no therapy, no advice, no class or tests to take. Affordable monthly contribution. We meet both in person for Oregon residents and also from the comfort of your own home and participate in a live community on Zoom no matter where you live!

Empowered Healing Coach Training
Become Certified as an Empowered Healer Coach
Prerequisites: A license in the healthcare profession. ( M.D., R.N., LPC, LCSW, etc.) 2.) Be in good standing with your licensing Board. 3.) In good standing with your employer and professional community. 4.) Have completed the Empowered Healer Coaching Program.
